In honor of our co-founder Susie Stewart we created the Higher Education Fund, to support our sponsored students who have excelled in school and are ready to build a future of independence and opportunity. By funding vocational programs, technical training, and university education, we equip these students with the skills they need to provide for themselves, support their families, and contribute to their communities.
A special medical fund was established in memory of Cyndi Oertli, the daughter of a former board member. This fund is used to care for children, staff, and volunteers of our program.
This fund helps provide laptops to students as the educational needs change in Uganda for our older students.
